The upgrade deleted my 7 and none of it works. Nero's tech support is a joke. I am trying to get a refund out of them and they don't answer my emails. I would never purchase another Nero product. Got fed up and went back to Nero 9 up dated which at the moment is working o. Found nero 10 over engineered with loads of stuff an ordinary guy just wanting to do a bit of basic movie editing and burning etc wouldn't use.
