I think my son damaged the servo wiring when installing his car. Can it be fixed or replaced? Also would that affect the connection from the remote control to the car? We can sometimes get everything to work but a lot of times nothing happens when you press buttons on the remote control.

Thanks for the help! Answer 1 year ago. The servo motor will not affect the IR remote control system of the car. If you want to use the remote to control the car, you can even remove the servo motor as it is not needed.
